Human Needs Community Development Corporation, INC (HNCDC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Shasta County, California. Since our founding in 2008 HNCDC has continued to strive in celebrating the people in the communities we work with while focusing on projects that enrich the quality of life, security, and opportunities for the lives we touch.
